Thank you!
I don't want anyone to go without pasta!!
What is so special about my pasta?
I use only the highest quality ingredients including Local Free-Pastured eggs from a farm in Champoeg OR, Unbleached Wheat flour from Pendelton OR, Bob's Red Mill Spelt and Gluten Free Flour and King Aurthur's Brand White Whole Wheat from Vermont.
I am working on expanding my retail locations to better provide my customers with places to purchase my pasta during the week. Please email me if you have any suggestions. It always helps if patrons of the stores let the management know there is interest in carrying a product!
There are many differences between the pasta that you may be used to and Nonna's Noodles. My pasta is rolled so thin that the sheets are translucent. I use only fresh, local, free-pastured eggs, which gives the pasta its golden color and superior taste. They only take 1-3 minutes to cook in boiling water because they are so thin and delicate. I make my pasta fresh every week, so when you buy Nonna's Noodles you can be sure that they have not been sitting in a box for months, traveling from factory to store. The greatest care has been exercised to ensure that each package of Nonna's Noodles is of the highest quality and made in the tradition of the generations of pasta makers from which I am descended.
Enjoy your Nonna's Noodles and please, make my family tradition yours.
***Note about the Guestbook. It is wonderful to have people write to me about my pasta! Unfortunately, political hackers have taken it over as some sort of forum, so it has been turned off. Thank you for all your support and keep buying and eating Nonna's Noodles!!!
Many of the pictures you see on my website, including the one to the left, as well as others in the Photo tab, were taken by the wonderful and talented photographer Craig Hennecke.
