Where to buy the noodles?!?!?

You can find me every Saturday at the:

Portland State Farmers Market (Runs every Saturday until December 17th and we will be there!)

Beaverton Farmers Market (Ends Oct. 30th) We will also be there for the Harvest Market on Saturday Nov. 19

Hillsdale Market Sunday from 10 am - 2 pm. I will be at the market for the following dates:

11-6

11-20

12-4

12-18 (this is the last market before the holidays).

What is so special about my pasta?

I use only the highest quality ingredients including Local Free-Pastured eggs from a farm in Champoeg OR, Unbleached Wheat flour from Pendelton OR, Bob's Red Mill Spelt and Gluten Free Flour and King Aurthur's Brand White Whole Wheat from Vermont.

I have had many people ask if they can buy my pasta online and the answer is absolutely! The pasta ships easily and is light weight. Please call or email me at nonnasnoodles@gmail.com to place your order!

Thank you!

I don't want anyone to go without pasta!!

Where to find my pasta at retail locations:

*Food Front Co-op on NW Thurman and 23rd. I am not currently at the Hillsdale location but hope to change that soon.

*Local Goods on 21st E Burnside

*A&P Kitchen 12625 SW Broadway Beaverton OR 97005

*Navidi's Olive Oil and Vinegars in Camas WA

I am working on expanding my retail locations to better provide my customers with places to purchase my pasta during the week. Please email me if you have any suggestions. It always helps if patrons of the stores let the management know there is interest in carrying a product!

There are many differences between the pasta that you may be used to and Nonna's Noodles. My pasta is rolled so thin that the sheets are translucent. I use only fresh, local, free-pastured eggs, which gives the pasta its golden color and superior taste. They only take 1-3 minutes to cook in boiling water because they are so thin and delicate. I make my pasta fresh every week, so when you buy Nonna's Noodles you can be sure that they have not been sitting in a box for months, traveling from factory to store. The greatest care has been exercised to ensure that each package of Nonna's Noodles is of the highest quality and made in the tradition of the generations of pasta makers from which I am descended.

Enjoy your Nonna's Noodles and please, make my family tradition yours.
